Under the new structure, Paris Baguette Malaysia now operates under the direct stewardship of the brand’s Southeast Asia Regional Headquarters, integrating the local business more fully into Paris Baguette’s wider operating model. The move gives the Malaysia business direct access to shared resources across brand strategy, product development, supply chain and operational management, drawing on the scale and expertise of Paris Baguette’s established presence across the region.
Supporting this strengthened operating model is Paris Baguette’s long-term investment in Malaysia’s manufacturing capabilities. Following recent halal certifications in Singapore and Indonesia, Paris Baguette has made halal compliance a top strategic priority for Malaysia. The company’s fully halal-certified production hub in Johor is a strategic pillar for the brand, strengthening supply chain resilience, product consistency and operational scalability to support its long-term growth ambitions.
